5 | LoliconShout.
The story of Nshout, once a Swiss Dev, always a Lolicon femboy.
For a large percentage of this chapter, I am going to be paraphrasing the already made statement created by EinTim on the discord server, but instead making it more accurate to what happened, and less biased overall.
It all started when Tim decided to invite a good friend of his named Nshout to the server of monarch. Myself, and Wraith both have a strong history with Nshout, for good and mostly bad.
Starting from the beginning, Nshout was the Main developer for a selfbot named "Luna". Some people may remember it, some people have probably forgotten it, and most have probably never even heard of it. This selfbot was co-developed by Exodus (Another member of the Luna team) and Nshout, in partnership. (No one ever seems to credit Exodus for his work on Luna, so I felt I should throw this in here early for that exact reason.)
After its long-running history of being one of the available "Free" and "Paid" Selfbots, Luna shockingly (not) shut down in August 2022. This was due to Nshout exit scamming, to take up an offer from Nes to join the Nighty development team and work on developing Nighty Free. (Which to this day, still isn't available, and spoiler alert, Nes never gave him the role in developing it and just wanted Luna out of the picture.) Shortly before the exit scam, there was a user under the name of Nas who managed to source dump and post the entirety of both Luna Free and Luna Platinum (The current paid version) on github.
Back during that period, both myself and most of the Luna staff team were rather upset and angry towards Nshout, due to the fact he had been accepting payments from customers to use Luna Platinum (even during the several months he stopped developing it and left it a buggy mess.) and refused to pay refunds to anyone. Fast forward some time and Nshout eventually admitted that it was he who created an alt account named Nas, and leaked the source himself, as an act to quit development, to join Nighty Free.

Now, Nshout claims that the reason he had quit Luna and decided to exit scam, was due to the fact he had gotten into a rabbit hole where he was having issues with his abusive girlfriend whom he was with at the time, as well as his serious drinking problem, both of these swaying him to end luna selfbot and leave it as it was, leaked, and without refunds. I will not comment on whether I believe this to be true or not, this is up to the reader's discretion to decide.
Tim argues that this was indeed not an exit scam, due to the fact the Terms Of Service of Luna Platinum stated that keys were only valid as long as the service was online and being maintained, again, I will allow the reader to make their conclusion upon this.
A short period after this, Tim invited Nshout back into Monarch to rejoin the community after all of this had happened. Myself (Head Admin of Luna), Wraith and a user named Yoshi (Luna Admin), were throwing accusations towards Nshout, accusing him of being a paedophile. This was because nshout would continuously name himself "Lolicon", on GitHub, Discord and even his PC's Local Username. This extended to him also naming Projects under the name of Lolicon. For those who do not know what lolicon means, it is a Japanese word, with the definition of "Any adult who feels sexual attraction to specifically fictional depictions of characters whose body proportions closely resemble that of a child regardless of the canonical assigned age.", The source for this definition can be found here. Evidence of Nshout taking on this "Nickname" can be found below.

I will not comment, on my opinion on this situation, such as naming himself Lolicon, but in his defense, Nshout claimed he had used the name with past inspiration from a GTA Mod Menu, formerly named "Lolicon Menu". There is no legitimate proof that Nshout has or has not consumed any of this media himself, or has any media of it in his possession, and he claims he has no relation or support for the meaning of the word, and simply just likes the word.

Nshout also has a past Selfbot he developed, Named LoliconBot which was around 2-3 years ago from today.

After a while of Nshout being a member of Monarch, due to my personal opinions and morals at that time, I had previously banned him multiple times, and Tim would unban afterward. I had eventually agreed with Tim, that if Nshout left me alone, I would leave him alone. And that was that.
Nshout continued to disregard that agreement, speaking with Lu in channels such as Fishing, insulting me, and bringing me into conversation, I was not happy that he was breaking the agreement, and Tim wasn't caring. So I removed his head mod role as I didn't think he deserved to have permissions within Monarch if he could not act mature and just leave me alone.
During this period, Wraith was constantly timed out and had his roles removed, due to harassing Nshout, I will admit that I was giving Wraith his roles back and removing his timeout, because ~50% of these arguments, were started by Nshout or his friends, aggravating wraith into a reaction.
Tim also admits to this, in his original statement that I had stuck to my side of the agreement, and that he gives props to me, for doing so. Though he claims that I had demoted Nshout twice from the head of that mod when I Iad only demoted him once. He uses two images from Dyno Logs, that Nshout was demoted twice, without any actual evidence, that it was me who did it both times.

A few days after this incident, Tim decided to remove me from the role named "*" which was used to make sure the Seggs monkeys at the time, (Myself, Lu, and Tim), had equal moderation power, and could not ban each other(Since Lu was constantly trying to ban me for no reason. As stated in his chapter, "1984 Monarch".)
Tim claims this was due to me losing his trust, which I admit, I deserved to lose his role over, as I had gone behind his back demoting Nshout for that time. After this had happened, I wished to leave Monarch at the time due to the opinions I had towards nshout, and because of my morals telling me I shouldn't be supporting a project that supported what I believed nshout to be.
At the time, Nshout's accusations were growing of being a paedophile as the light had been shone on the fact that when Yoshi was 15, and when Nshout was believed to be 18, (Tim and Nshout argue he was 17 at the time, though others including myself argue remembering him being 18, I will not disclose who, and this information has not been corrected with anything factual thus far.) he asked Yoshi to wear Thigh Highs and write "Luna" on his Thigh, to be used as a banner for the Luna discord server when it was still active at the time before the exit scam.
Whether Nshout was 17 or 18 at this time, according to Swiss Laws this would have been completely legal though any readers are allowed to have their own moral opinion on this.* Myself and other "KittenHQ" Members (An Organisation created by Lodi, involving myself, Lodi, Catlover and another user), had begun harassing Lu, due to him banning Catlover and Lodi since I had left and he saw it as an opportunity where no one could stop him from abusing his admin. We made the childish decision to make a poll, stating that he should be removed from admin, and claiming he was "Cancer of Monarch" whilst using an image of himself from BeReal, where he is in a full bondage outfit wearing lipstick and makeup.
*After revision done by a Monarch Member, The original Claim made by EinTim stating that this was legal under Swiss law and that the legal age of consent was 13, swiss law currently states that the legal age of consent is actually 16 years old or above.

After this, the Lu incident happened, Nshout eventually left Monarch due to harassment, and I was re-appointed as Community Manager, as stated in the "1984 Monarch" Chapter. The drama mostly, seemed to Cease.
For the sake of Tim, I do not condone liking or disliking Nshout from this chapter, though I do hope that every reader forms their own opinion of what happened, and makes their own decision on who was and wasn't in the wrong in this situation.
