4 | 1984 Monarch.
Aki / Lu / Laura / Ava and his Political Views, Upon Monarch.
So, despite all this being as unbiased as possible, I am going to make note that Lu (as he shall be referred to from here onwards) already hated me for the simple fact that whenever he tried to argue with me for attention, he always came up being wrong and it bruised his sense of self-worth and his ego.
This chapter is mainly due to Lu losing access to the Monarch backend and Database. I was the one who exposed him for resetting user's passwords and using them to log into their accounts and access their files and other content within their accounts.
As of 04/10/2024 he is apparently working as a Frontend Developer on another image uploader, which he claims to have "unrivalled privacy" which is a hilarious claim considering his past.

Everything started going into the deep Monarch waters when Lu had the police "knock on his door" after he had mistakenly posted Child Pornography on his youtube channel, he was watching a stream in Discord and recording it for youtube "content" (I say content, very lightly.) and from both his and tims words, apparently a child in said stream pulled out his penis whilst his camera was turned on, and lu had accidentally left it into the footage he had recorded of his discord vc.
This led to a large outcry within Monarch as people who once supported/tolerated him, were turning against him due to the fact he had posted child pornography on YouTube, whether he knew it or not, and was being taken to court for his actions.
Below is a chat with Laura, very kindly asking me to remove the previously posted screenshots, provided by their friend who gave us the DMs and no explicit message stating them to be private.
Anyone who happens to have them already on their device / elsewhere is out of my control.

After this starting the whole of 1984 Monarch, Lu went into a hiatus on Discord altogether, nicknaming both of his accounts to "Cia on my ass" and something like that for his other account, and seemingly disappeared while the case was pursued.
Eventually, he returned to discord, and Monarch in particular, stating that the case went in his favour, his channel was reinstated and the issue was completely dealt with. No harm done, right?
This is Monarch we are talking about, of course, harm was done.
He began to start banning people, muting, and rewriting all of the rules in Monarch from what I had previously written (during this I wasn't Community Manager in Monarch, due to some implications I will highlight.

Some of these rule changes included the likes of "Staff have final say" and other comments, regarding him being able to moderate whomever he liked, for whatever reason he liked, and it would be justified since he was staff, and the users were not.

This later led to the 3 moderators I had promoted when I was Community Manager, all 3 of which were quite active and were maintaining chat as much as possible and keeping it tidy and clean of things such as NSFW, etc.
After this, he promoted 3 of his friends to Moderator to "fill the gaps" he had created after demoting those I had deemed worthy from the actual staff applications I had previously held, and Tim had personally agreed with me about the outcome.
These new moderators did nothing and were largely inactive.
Whether this was related to the Court Case or not, is unknown to me, though whilst he was seggs monkey within Monarch, he made a post in the announcements channel, asking for people to donate money to him as he had lost his job for a mistake he had made, and was struggling to live claiming his parents were already supporting him too much. (Despite shortly before AND after this, he had posted images of him having a family meal with his family at their home. ((He lived alone during all of this.)). )

Later down the line, Tim made amends, and a poll was created for the current admins, including Lu, where Tim had asked whether I should be allowed to rejoin Monarch and retain my position as Community Manager. The entire Admin team, including the mods who were not supposed to vote, but did, all voted I should return.
Lu did not.
After pleading in the staff chat and to Tim that I should not be reinstated, unfortunately for Lu, the poll had overruled what he had begged for.
I returned to the staff team within my position as Community Manager, and immediately I rewrote the rules to be more fair, and accurate as they are currently in the modern day.
Lu HATED me for this.
He went into an outcry attempting to argue with me at any chance he got, and even going to the point where he was trying to convince Tim to ban me, but fortunately for me, Tim saw through his poor accusations and allowed me to retain my position and ignore him.
Fast forward a few months, Lu had recently promoted a member of Monarch to admin, this member was Lifix, who was involved in the at the time recent dumping of the entirety of Monarch source, which was brought on by Lu banning him in the first place and accusing him of being a carding scammer, due to Tim leaving his password to the GitHub quite vulnerable.
Lifix was an admin for a while, inactive, of course, but Lu had to get his way to make sure Tim did not have to deal with his complaints and bullshit from here onwards.
Fast forward slightly further, Tim had asked Lu to work on making an update to Monarch frontend, Lu then went on to hire 3-4 other people to help him with it (Lifix and his friends). After a few months of development, Lu released a concept image, claiming it was a "sneak peek". This image was just the next.js website, with Monarch written across as a title and a few buttons changed around.

I called him out on this, leading to him getting rather annoyed with me and starting to bring up banning me, and saying I was accusing him of skidding and generally just making stuff up.
A short while after, Tim asked for an update on development since around ~5 people were working on it, and no actual development had come to light so far.
Lu sent an update on the front end, which was nothing, it was a few files of JS and the original concept image, and then promptly quit doing the frontend development, claiming it was too difficult and too much work for him.
Shortly after this, Tim decided to demote myself and Lu from the "Seggs Monkey" (Co-Owner) role, due to Lu doing no work on Monarch, at all. And as Lu complained it wasn't fair and that it was wrong to demote him in the first place.
This led to Lu eventually leaving Monarch in a fit of rage, and that was the end of it.
Until he joined back, Tim had given him a moderator role as he felt he did not deserve admin again, after his previous actions, etc, and a lot of the community began to "bully" him for returning, after the state he had left monarch in. (Unfinished development, indirectly causing the monarch source dump, taking moderation to a "Communistic" style, and overall just being a total asshole whilst he had administrative powers.) This led to him eventually, leaving Monarch once again, and beginning to start his own "Private Image Uploader" which was named LibertyStudios*, of which he used one of Monarch's servers, with tims permission, and was trying to get people to pay real money to use as part of a subscription service.
And so the Monarch community continued to uproar over this.
This led to Lu leaving Monarch, once again, this time returning and leaving a few times afterward, leading up to the modern day where Lu is currently dissociated with Monarch and avoids the community/development, as a whole.
18/10/2024: Laura has contacted me, claiming I should remove some of the publicly available information and asking me to remediate some of the incorrect content, this will be done below referenced via the asterisk symbol.
*According to Lu's statement, Liberty Studios was indeed a "Games Studio" and not the image uploader he was working on. He claims the paid uploader was an idea of his and tims, which is incorrect as that was a suggested feature to add a "paid" plan to Monarch with some extra benefits, to help aid the support and upkeep of the Monarch servers, without Tim having to do his usual sales etc to pay for it and lose out to benefit for everyone else.
